I Quit Sugar


A few months ago Louise posted about a book she had read and loved it so I thought I'd get it to see what the fuss was all about, well let me just say that book (Elaine Hollingsworth's Take Control Of Your Health and Escape The Sickness Industry) spurred on a whole new way of eating and how I look after my family and I. 

So over the last few months I have made some big changes, no more processed junk and no nasty chemicals, so I was very happy when Sarah Wilson(love her) brought out an ebook on how to quit sugar because that is one thing I have trouble with, eating too much sugar!

I'm currently in week 4 of the 8 week program and am feeling pretty good, although I do get the odd headache here and there, I fix that with more water and a lovely pot of Chai tea, which has been my saviour.

So if your keen to quit the white stuff I would definetly give it a try, Sarah's ebook is filled with a LOT of helpful tips and tricks which makes it that much easier I find.

Sounds like some big changes and your half way through so I'd say the hard part is behind you now.
